Our youth training programme provides practical skills in technology, entrepreneurship, and vocational trades. We combine classroom learning with hands-on experience and job placement support.
The Challenge
High youth unemployment rates resulted from a skills gap between formal education and market demands. Many young people lacked practical, marketable skills despite completing their education.
